Tim started using NetSuite as a customer in 2003 while providing enterprise wireless solutions and services to national business and law firm customers. “We did our accounting and transactions in NetSuite of course, but by leveraging native and custom functionality, we dramatically expanded our sales volume and operational efficiency, with just a tiny team of 3.”
As founder of other successful businesses, in very different industries, Tim saw the opportunity to use NetSuite to do more satisfying work. “I’ve always been a customer-service guy, and I really enjoyed solving problems and creating opportunities for my own businesses, so I realized as a NetSuite consultant I can do that every day for clients.”
As Sr. Consultant, Solution Architect and Practice Manager working for two large successful NetSuite partners, Tim was always asked to solve the most complex NetSuite challenges for clients. “Don’t get me wrong, I often get frustrated with NetSuite just like clients, but I’ve seen just about everything by now, I have a solid team, and I hate to lose. Maybe it’s a sickness, but at the end of the day, it feels great to help clients with their businesses, and get the Wins they need.”
